Accessibility statement

go4physio wants everyone to be able to use this website – regardless of age, eyesight, motor abilities or the technology they use. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and the European standard EN 301 549.

This statement applies to www.go4physio.at in German and English.

Compliance status

This website is largely compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. The exceptions listed below concern third-party content that we cannot directly control.

What we have done

All functions can be used with a keyboard, and the keyboard focus is clearly visible.
A “Skip to content” link leads straight to the main content.
Text and controls meet the required colour contrast (at least 4.5:1 for body text).
A clear heading structure and page regions (header, navigation, main content, footer) help screen reader users navigate.
All meaningful images have text alternatives; purely decorative graphics are hidden.
Pages can be zoomed to 200% and beyond and adapt to any screen width from 320 pixels.
If you have enabled “reduce motion” in your system settings, animations are turned off.
The language of every page – and of foreign-language terms where needed – is set correctly.
Dialogs (booking, image viewer) are labelled, keep the focus inside and close with the Escape key.
Links that open in a new tab are announced to screen readers.
Controls are large enough to tap comfortably on a phone.
No tracking cookies and no autoplaying media.

Non-accessible content

Online booking: the booking calendar is provided by the external service appointmed and is not fully accessible. You can always book by phone at +43 670 508 0754 or by email at info@go4physio.at.
Google Maps: the “Get directions” link opens Google Maps. Written directions are available in the contact section.
Legal texts: the imprint, privacy policy and terms are available in German only.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 7 November 2026, based on a self-assessment using automated testing tools (axe-core) and manual testing with keyboard, zoom and different screen sizes.
